About Ally

Since Jonathan has announced the arrival of his newest pet, I'll go ahead and post some photos of Ally. Jonathan mentioned that Ally is, naturally, for a pup her age, a nibbler. I caught her in the act, making some pretty good headway with Dave's thumb.

Here's a shot of Joshua playing with Ally. He had the sense to give a her toy, rather than a body part, to nibble. As you can see, she is quite a roly-poly; Jonathan and Maggie are obviously feeding her lots of puppy chow.

Finally, here's Ally nibbling a strap from a camera bag. (This was the bag for the DHQ camera that Dave used recently to take some official photos. That's why I shot the photo rather than rescuing the bag.) Actually, she only chewed it for a few seconds before finding something else to nibble, so no Salvation Army property was damaged during the making of this photograph.

I may have some more puppy photos in the future, but I suspect that Jonathan's blog will be the place to go for regular Ally Updates.

She is a cute puppy. If she could be that size forever, house trained and keep that same personality, I might be open to having a dog again.

You have no idea how much of a nibbler she is! Just wait until the next time you see her and she has energy!
